Any construction or remodeling work will be governed by a separate written agreement between Visionary Builders Group LLC and the customer. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will control for that project.

Our website, estimate-request forms, appointment scheduling, and services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
By requesting an estimate or consultation, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you own the property or otherwise have the authority to request information or services concerning the property.
Estimate Requests and Appointments
Information submitted through our website is used to evaluate and respond to inquiries, estimate requests, and appointment requests.
Submitting a form or requesting an appointment does not guarantee:
That we will accept the project
That an appointment time is confirmed until acknowledged by us
That an estimate will remain valid for any specific period
That project work can begin within a requested timeframe
Appointment times and project schedules may change because of availability, project conditions, weather, material availability, permitting, or other circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes.
Estimates, Pricing, and Project Information
Any estimate, price range, timeline, service description, or other preliminary information provided through the website, by telephone, by email, by text message, or during an initial consultation is subject to further evaluation.
Final pricing, scope, materials, payment terms, warranties, scheduling, and other project-specific requirements will be established in a separate written agreement when applicable.
SMS Terms
If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and affirmatively select the SMS-consent checkbox on one of our forms, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from Visionary Builders Group LLC regarding your free-estimate request, appointment scheduling, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and related project updates.
Providing a telephone number or submitting a form does not, by itself, enroll you in text messaging. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, appointment activity, and project-related communications. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages through that SMS program unless you opt in again.
If you want to receive messages again after opting out, you may opt in again through an applicable consent form or by otherwise providing valid consent.
